Our Process

We have a brief phone conversation to determine if we are a good fit for service and budget. If so, we move to the on site consultation at your home.

1. Set on site consultation to review project in detail, Texas Triad protocol and procedures for budgets, timelines, etc.
2. Hire us for a comprehensive design, which includes: space planning, material samples, cad layouts, color renderings and an onsite mechanical analysis with our team of technicians. You can own the design if you’d like, and it’s separate from production.
3. We present you a very detailed itemized estimate that makes most engineers happy. Once we have reviewed every detail, and you are ready to move forward, we move to the service agreement
4. Hire us for production. Sign service agreement, terms, and you place a deposit of 40%. We obtain permits, order materials, schedule a start date, and then begin production.
